Beloit College

1) Why did you choose Beloit?
I chose to come to Beloit College because it was very close to home for me and I did not want to leave the area. The number of opportunities that Beloit has given me throughout my life and especially this year is incredible. I also love the connections that Beloit College has already provided to me for my future career and time here.
 
2) What does being on the team mean to you?
As an incoming freshman, I instantly tried to get myself involved on campus as much as I possibly could. Due to being an athlete in Cross Country, I was unable to start Basketball season at the same time as the rest of the team. Once I was finally able to transition into basketball, Coach and all of my teammates were very welcoming. Becoming a member of this team means the world to me. These people are not only my teammates and coaches, but have become a part of my family that I can go to for anything. Although this season was not easy and we did not have a winning record, I will not give up on Beloit College Women's Basketball for anything. I have grown so much as an individual already through this team and I am very excited to see where this program will take me and the opportunities it will present me with over the next few years.
