Beloit College

Beloit College afforded two of our six children, Laramie and Lanamarie, the opportunity to attend an academically rigorous school to pursue their study interests toward degrees in biology medical sciences but also opportunity to actively and successfully participate in NCAA athletics for four and five years, respectively. Our son, Laramie, was granted a fifth year of varsity play after injury ended his senior season. Our daughter, Lanamarie, was fortunate to earn a captain’s role early, starting every game of her college career and setting many all-time marks. Both earned high marks academically and athletically. They met and both later married their classmates at Beloit. Diverse thinking, student body, Ivy League opportunities just 45 miles from our home.
