Box Score The Beloit College men's basketball team dominated the glass Saturday to bolster a 73-54 win at Illinois college. The Buccaneers held a 35-25 advantage in rebounds that led to a 16-6 sway in second chance points.
The Bucs held the lead for over 38 minutes in the contest accumulating their largest lead of 27 with just over five minutes to play in the game.
Three Bucs registered 15 or more points in the contest led by 20 from
Tristan Shoup.
Andrew Walters added a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds on an efficient 6-9 shooting from the field.
Michael Polakoski pitched in 15 bolstered by 3-4 from three-point range. The trio went 8-15 from downtown Saturday.
Beloit returns to Flood Arena to host St. Norbert College Wednesday, January 15. Tipoff is slated for 5:30 p.m.
