James Wicker started it off with a single to center field followed by a
Mitch Campbell single to right field to put Bucs on the corners.
Garrison Ferone notched the first RBI of the game with a double to right field and then O'Leary put the finishing touches on the inning with a two-RBI single to center to give Beloit a 3-0 lead after the first half inning.
The Bucs added a single run in the top of the fourth on the squeeze play. Wicker executed the bunt with
Matt Crandall bolting in from third to go up 4-0.
Beloit's defense held RIT off the board until the bottom of the fourth when three hits led to a single run in the inning.
The Bucs and RIT traded single runs in each half of the fifth to bring the score to 5-2. Beloit extended the gap in the top of the eighth as O'Leary plated three on a triple down the right field line.
Nick Schmidt and Ferone were on via hit-by-pitch and Wicker had singled before O'Leary cleared the bases to make it 8-2.
RIT came back with three runs over the next two innings but Beloit held on for the win to improve to 3-1 this season.
The Bucs belted 14 hits in the contest with Fereone and Wicker tallying three apiece in addition to O'Leary's team-leading four.
