EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - Saturday afternoon the Beloit College Men's Soccer team headed to Eau Claire, Wis. for an in state match up with UW-Eau Claire. The Blugolds tested the Bucs early and often, winning handedly 5-0. 

UWEC carved the BC defense apart and tallied 45 total shots, 23 of which were on target. The Bucs mustered only 3 shots, one of which was on goal. 

Despite playing with their backs against the wall, the Bucs went into half time down 0-1. The first half goal came in the 9th minute for UWEC. In the 2nd half, the flood gates opened for the Blugolds. Four more goals came in the 49th, 56th, 58th and 77th minutes. 

The Buccaneers return to the pitch on September 20th in Waukesha, Wis. against Carroll University. Kick off is set for 7pm.
