The Beloit College women's soccer team fell to Carroll University 4-0 on the road Thursday night.
In the game that was originally scheduled for Wednesday evening but postponed to Thursday due to storms in the Waukesha area, the Pioneers tallied all four scores in the first half.
Carroll found the back of the net in the 19th, 26th and 35th minutes before registering their final goal on a rebound just beating the buzzer at the end of the first half.
Buccaneer goalkeepers Connor Keegan-Lloyd and Kaitlyn Tomasin-Erickson combined to tally seven saves in the contest.
Offensively, Genesis Dade and Hanna Metcalfe each recorded shots on goal in the game.
The Bucs will host Lawrence University in a Midwest Conference matchup Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Strong Complex. With storms forecasted in the area, stay tuned to our website and social media pages for the latest on weather delays or schedule changes.
