The Beloit College men's soccer team secured an epic comeback win over Lakeland on the road Saturday. The Buccaneers trailed by two goals but refused to fold scoring the final three goals including the golden goal registered by Grady Spencer to secure a 3-2 double overtime victory.

After a scoreless first half, the Muskies got on the board with goals in the 51st minute and 55th minute. 

The Bucs responded less than 10 minutes later as Andrew Marchesi found Conor Waldron who capitalized on a one-on-one with the goalie to cut the deficit in half in the 63rd minute. 

Casey Wagner tallied the equalizer in the 78th minute off an assist from Desire Mukucha to knot the gme 2-2. Both teams had opportunities that were thwarted by the opposing defense but the Bucs would come out on top. 

Following a scoreless overtime, Beloit was awarded a free kick just two minutes into the second overtime period. Casey Wagner sent the ball in and Spencer redirected the free kick with a header that found the back of the net for the golden goal and a Buc victory.
