The Buccaneer women's soccer team fell to league-leader Monmouth College 5-0 on a dreary day in Beloit Sunday.
Rainy conditions created a muddy, slippery field Sunday. The 8-1-1 Scots controlled the game recording 31 shots including 17 on goal while Monmouth's defense allowed just one shot on goal for the Bucs.
Monmouth found the back of the net in the 10th minute and that ended up the game-winner in the contest.
Beloit's
Connor Keegan-Lloyd posted 12 saves in the game.
The Bucs will head to Iowa to take on Grinnell Saturday, October 5. Kickoff is scheduled for 11 a.m.
