The Beloit College men's soccer team fell to Carroll University 2-0 on the road Saturday night.
The Pioneer offense was too much for the Buccaneers as Carroll registered double figure shots in both halves and totaled 12 shots on goal in the contest.
Clark Burch-Woodard turned away all eight shots on goal he faced in the second half but two Pioneer opportunities found the back of the net in the second half. Carroll's Shea Connell was credited with both goals, the first in the 51st minute and the second in the 80th.
The Buccaneers will look to bounce back on their home field Wednesday, September 11 as they host Concordia University Wisconsin at 4:30.
