Dani Strejc led the Buccaneer women with an efficient shooting performance but it wasn't enough as Beloit College fell at Monmouth College 76-52.
Strejc was 5-7 from the field and 4-5 from three-point range for 15 points in the contest adding five rebounds and a team-high three assists.
The third quarter was the tipping point in the contest as Monmouth shot an impressive 70-percent from the floor while the Bucs struggled at just 14-percent efficiency. Turnovers also played a key role in the game as the Scots turned 25 turnovers into 31 points while limiting their miscues to 14.
In addition to Strejc's double figure scoring numbers,
Kelly Loudon posted 11 points and a team-high seven rebounds.
