The Beloit College women's basketball team fell to St. Norbert College 69-39 Wednesday night in De Pere.
The Buccaneers came back from a 20-9 first quarter deficit to pull to within three, 26-23, with just over two minutes to play in the first half. The Green Knights countered the pressure ending the half on an 11-0 run to take a 37-23 advantage at the break.
SNC's defense held Beloit to less than 10 points in each of the second half quarters to seal the win.
Kelly Loudon led the Bucs with 11 points added a team-high five rebounds.
Dani Strejc added nine points courtesy of a 3-4 performance from three-point range. Point guard
Lauren Glaser dished out a team-high three assists.
Up Next: The Bucs head to Galesburg, Illinois to face Knox College Saturday before wrapping up the 2019-20 season at home against Grinnell (Feb. 18) and Cornell (Feb. 22).
