On a day where the Beloit College women's soccer team recognized their seniors prior to the game, the Buccaneers honored their veteran players with a 4-1 win over Illinois College Saturday. 

The offensive action was fast and furious with three of the four scores in the contest coming in the first half. Alayna Furch started it all with a goal just 1:40 into the game. 

The Lady Blues tallied the equalizer in the 22nd minute but Lorraine Pedroza reclaimed the lead for the Bucs finding the back of the net in the 25th minute. Makenna Downing bested the Illinois College keeper off an assist from Christy Melton before the half for her fifth goal of the season. Downing moves into fifth in the league for goals scored this fall. 

Downing had a hand in the squad's final goal of the contest, setting up Abbey Scott for the sole score of the second half giving Beloit a 4-1 advantage in the 63rd minute. 

Three Buc keepers saw time in net combining for three saves in the game.
