The Beloit College men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw with Lakeland University after two overtime periods on road Friday night. 

As the score would suggest, the teams were nearly even across the board with Beloit holding a narrow edge in shots on goal, 6-3. Other than the shots statistics, most of the additional categories including corners, offsides, and even cards were even. 

The overtime periods were a flurry of back-and-forth action. The Buccaneers had a few fantastic opportunities including a phenomenal header that just creeped over the cross bar and out of play. A couple of shots on goal for Beloit in the extra time were turned away by great saves from the Muskies' keeper. 

Buc goalie Brock Bidwell went the distance in net for Beloit recording three saves in the game.
