DUBUQUE, Iowa - Loras College's volleyball team defeated Beloit in three sets Tuesday night, defeating the Buccaneers 25-16, 25-10, 25-19. Loras also held the edge in kills (37-20), service aces (9-3), assists (36-17), and digs (48-28).

Beloit (4-13) was led by Cora Linos' six kills and team-high six assists. Katrina Sanchez added four kills, while Komechi Naoe led the team in digs with six.

James Keefe and Allie Burke led all players with seven kills apiece for Loras (6-15). Sam Stoffregen chipped in with team-highs of four service aces and 10 digs, while Sara Hoskins led all players with 29 assists for the Duhawks.

Beloit will be in action again on Friday at 5 p.m. when they'll travel to Notre Dame, Ind. to battle Saint Mary's (Ind.).
