The Beloit College men's basketball team fell to Ripon College 70-60 on the road Tuesday evening.
The Buccaneers were unable to erase the 10-point halftime deficit despite a solid second half. Beloit pulled to within eight multiple times in the second half but couldn't turn the corner to cut the deficit closer.
Turnovers proved costly for Beloit as the Red Hawks held a 28-16 advantage in points off opponent miscues.
Four Bucs registered double figures in the scoring column led by
Mylan Walters' 13 bolstered by 3-5 from beyond the three-point arc.
Michael Myles hit three triples on his way to an 11-point outing.
Andrew Walters and
Azeez Ganiyu each tallied 10 with Walters taking team honors with six boards.
