CHICAGO, Ill. - Illinois Tech's men's soccer team defeated Beloit Sunday afternoon by a score of 3-0, as they score twice in the first half and once in the second. The Scarlet Knights also held a 21-9 shot advantage.
Maciek Matusiak broke a scoreless tie in the 30th minute with his fifth goal of the season. Michael Kaczowka added his fourth goal of the year just before halftime, before adding his fifth of the season in the second half to cap the scoring.

Teddy Bahu combined to make five saves at Goal Keeper for the Buccaneers. Illinois Tech's Marko Brajkovic and Adam Falcingo recorded three saves in the combined shutout.
Beloit will try to rebound on Saturday when they'll travel to Ripon College for their conference-opener. That game will begin at 11 a.m. in Ripon, Wis.
