MEQUON, Wis. - Beloit's men's lacrosse team lost to Concordia (Wis.) Saturday afternoon by a score of 16-1. The Falcons also out-shot the Buccaneers by a 57-17 margin.

Concordia scored their first four goals in the first quarter, before scoring three more times in the second. The Falcons pushed their lead to 12-0 before Beloit scored their lone goal of the contest in the final minute of the third quarter, credited to Emmet Morgan. Concordia then capped the scoring with four more goals in the fourth frame.

Concordia's Brayden Torp and Jason Michalski each recorded a hat trick, while Max Esposito and Chase Drexler each recorded a game-high three assists. The Falcons made seven saves in the game, while Beloit's Cole Conway posted 21 saves while playing all 60 minutes.

Beloit will try to rebound on Wednesday when they'll host Concordia-Chicago on Wednesday. That game will begin at 7 p.m. at Strong Stadium in Beloit, Wis.
