WAUKESHA, Wis. - Last night the Beloit College Men's soccer team traveled to Waukesha for an in-state match up with the Carroll University Pioneers. The Pioneers (4-4) controlled the momentum offensively for most of the game. while the Buccaneer's (0-6) struggled to find any offense.
 Carroll out shot Beloit 37(12) to 8(2). CU netted their first goal on 23 minutes into the match. BC held their own over the next 22 to end the half down 0-1. The flood gates opened however in the 2nd half. The Pioneers' offense dominated the 2nd 45, scoring 5 more goals.Â

Ian Nelson got the start in goal, making 5 saves and oly conceding the one goal.Â
The Buccaneers return to the pitch on Saturday, September 23rd at 1:30 pm when they kick off Midwest Conference play against the Rams of Cornell College.Â
