BELOIT, Wis. - The Beloit Women's Volleyball team headed across the border this evening for a midweek matchup with the Regents of Rockford University. The Bucs were slept in 3 sets, 19-25, 22-25, 19-25.
Highlights:
- Rockford jumped out to an 8-1 lead to start the 1st set. BC clawed their way to down 1, 10-11.
- In the second set, the Bucs pulled within one, 22-23 before back-to-back errors closed the door and gave RU a 2-0 lead.
- The Bucs rode out a series of Regent runs in the 3rd set before going on one of their own. Despite losing the set, they finished on a 7-3 run.

The Buccaneers are back in action on the road this weekend. They head to the Sandy Schumacher Tournament hosted by UW-Eau Claire. On Friday, they have matches against Concordia (MN.) at 5 pm. and UW-Superior at 7 pm.
