BELOIT, Wis. - The Beloit College Men's Soccer team hosted the Bluejays of Elmhurts Univeristy to kick off Beloiter Day's for the college.

The Buccaneers (1-6-0, 0-0-0) also recognized AJ Mrotek (Algonquin, Ill.), Brendan Drager (Albuquerque, NM), Brady Wachholz (Nya, MN), and Devin Brog (Sandy, UT) for their four years at Beloit. The Bluejays (3-1-2, 0-0-0) scored in the 19th and 68th minutes. Facing a two goal deficit with about twenty minutes left in the game, the Buccaneers needed to convert. Tony Vogt (Elkhorn, Wis.) drew a penalty kick in th 76th minute and converted to cut the lead in half. 

Beloit had chances in the final ten minutes but came up unlucky and fell by a final score of 2-1. 

The Bucs recorded seven shots while Elmhurst fired off 18. David Staats (Meridian, ID) spent all 90 minutes in goal, recording seven saves.
