A big first half for the Foresters led to a 17-5 loss for the Beloit women's lacrosse team at Lake Forest Wednesday.
LFC scored six in the first quarter and seven in the second to take a 13-1 lead into the intermission.
The Buccaneers posted a solid second half of play equalizing the Foresters' two goal in the third and fourth quarters.
Paige Airaudi led the Buc offense with a pair of goals.
