GRINNELL, Iowa - T'Aira Boyance added some hardware to her already impressive 2023 campaign, as she was named Midwest Conference Women's Track Performer of the Year at the MWC Outdoor Championships over the weekend.

Boyance has recorded the top time in the conference this season in both the 200 and 400 meters with times of 25.01 and 56.60. That 400 time is a new school record. She also helped break a school record by running a leg on both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams with conference-best times of 48.22 and 3:57.28, respectively. The Houston, Texas native also holds the MWC's second-best time in the 100 meters this season (12.29).
