In a legacy of outstanding ball carriers for the Buccaneer Football program, Balick resides near the top.  A four-year letterwinner, he still ranks in the top three in every career rushing category, including the third-most yards and TDs on the ground.  A three-time All-Midwest Conference pick, including First Team as both a junior and senior, his 18 rushing touchdowns as a senior remains the single-season record.  He was the team’s Offensive Player of the Year three times and the team MVP twice.  He was the Wisconsin Private College Player of the Year as a senior when he led the MWC in rushing.  He also earned All-American laurels twice, including Third Team in 1998.  After graduation Balick became a successful leader in several fields, including finance and banking.  He became Senior Program Manager with Rasmussen College in Aurora, Illinois, in 2010 before moving up to his current position of Admissions Manager at the College in the Summer of 2012.  He is also a part owner in a food service company that specializes in high-end deserts.  He and his wife reside in his hometown of Naperville, Illinois.
