Coming out of Southwestern High School in Hazel Green, Wisconsin, Sarah Hendricks Rosenkranz was an independent person who always set high goals for herself and strived to achieve them.  When she graduated from Beloit College four years later, the accomplishments she had achieved on the basketball court had given others goals to shoot for, and they are still shooting for them today.  A four-year All-Midwest Conference player, the first in Beloit history, Hendricks Rosenkranz was the ultimate in low-post players for the Buccaneers.  A scorer, rebounder and shot blocker, she finished her career as the #2 scorer in history with 1,303 points; the #2 rebounder with 750, and the #1 shot-blocker with 235.  Along the way she helped lead the Bucs to the 1995 Midwest Conference Championship and NCAA Division III Tournament appearances in 1995 and 1996.  After he senior season, she earned All-Region recognition, MWC Co-Player of the Year, team Most Valuable Player, and team Offensive Player of the Year for the third straight season.  She also earned the Jansen Award after he junior season and was a Beloit College Blanket recipient.  She resides in Rowayton, Connecticut with her husband Terry and two-year old twin sons.  She works at Birinyi Associates, Inc., a money management and research firm in Westport, Connecticut.
